You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining communication systems, including voice and Broadband networks. Candidates should have a working understanding of telecommunications circuits and broadband infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Netplus Broadband
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of broadband and wireless systems.
- Configure and monitor voice and data network equipment.
- Provide prompt technical support and customer service.
- Document and report network issues and resolutions.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Working knowledge of broadband and wireless systems.
- Understanding of telephony, packet switching, and data circuits.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in customer-facing situations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
